The key difference that you will notice is that we will release a working piece of software at regular intervals but typically no more that 2 weeks. This method allows both of us to review the progress and the design thus accomodating changes. Our requirements are written as user stories so making them easier to read and be much more functional than design orientated. We will also create a feature list that where you specify the importance of each feature. That way we concentrate on the important features first.
