Using your actuarial data we will create an easy to use input form that potential customers or IFA’s may use to obtain an online quotation. The process is very easy and rapid. Your client receives a professionally presented quotation and also gets information on-screen. It is an easy process to then create an application.

Convert more prospects

Our application management module enables your potential customers to go from quotation to application at the click of a button. We re-use information that was collected during the quotation phase to save your client from re-typing. We also do additional checks such as validating bank accounts for online direct debit application and postcode checking to save clients from typing their full address. If the application should come from an IFA or agent we will include them for progress of the application. The complete application can be managed by your Internal staff using Windows Azure cloud services or we can transfer the application details to your local on-premise server (or local computer). To complete the transfer we can update your application database or if you prefer give you the application details for you to process manually.

We have experience of integrating with the Origo communication standard although we have the expertise to integrate with any standard protocol.

Customise your quotation and application forms with an affiliate logo and associate any applications to a specific affiliate. This is a great method to increase your website visibility and improve your quotation rate. You can track your application sources so you can credit your affiliate appropriately.

With Microsoft Office365 you pay a monthly fee to enable your whole team to access email through Outlook, share files and information using SharePoint, communicate with customers using web and video conferencing with Lync and manage your clients using Dynamics CRM.
